Returns Policy

undicloth® want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and are happy to offer exchanges and refunds within 14 days of purchase. Here are some steps to make this process as efficient as possible:

 

email: returns@undicloth.com.au with your order and reason for return/exchange

Pack: Pack your product in its original condition with tags along with a copy of your tax invoice.

Postal Address: undicloth® returns PO Box 1169, Strawberry Hills NSW 2012

Process: Once we have verified your return/exchange and it has met our policy we will proceed with the exchange or refund.

 

Exchanges:

undicloth® welcomes your exchanges within 14 days of purchase as long as the garment is in their original condition, in their original packaging with tags, unworn and unwashed. please email returns@undicloth.com.au

 

Returns:

undicloth® will accept returns with full refund excluding postage within 14 days of purchase as long as the garment is in their original condition, in their original packaging with tags, unworn and unwashed. Please email returns@undicloth.com.au

 

Faulty:

If you find fault with your undicloth® garment, undicloth® will replace or refund your garment please email returns@undicloth.com.au

 

*please note that undicloth® is not liable for shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns due to purchasing the wrong size or colour including change of mind. 

** undicloth® will cover shipping costs if the garment is faulty or the wrong garment has been accidently shipped.

*** when receiving a refund for part of an order that received free shipping due to spending above the minimum price for free shipping, if the refund changes the original receipt amount to fall below the minimum spend then a shipping fee of $5.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.
