Welcome to undicloth® proudly Aussie-made undies stitched with heart, comfort, and fair-trade ethics.

By using our website (hosted on Shopify) and purchasing from undicloth.com.au, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Info

This website is operated by undicloth®, owned and managed by Stephen Adamson as a Sole Trader (ABN:41 611 965 334). Throughout these Terms, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to undicloth®. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms, including our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, and other policies linked herein.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to check back from time to time. Your continued use of the website means you accept any changes.

2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Refunds and Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on underwear purchases.

However, if your item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided:

The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and packaging are intact
You can provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

4. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations. Shipping timeframes and rates are outlined at checkout and may vary by location. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Customers are responsible for any applicable international duties or taxes.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST (where applicable). Prices may change without notice. We accept secure payment via credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods provided by Shopify Payments.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, we offer limited-time promotions and discounts. Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise. Promotions are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including logos, images, product designs, text, and branding – belongs to undicloth® and may not be reproduced or used without our permission. Don’t be cheeky and try to copy our undies we worked hard on them!

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and only collect personal information necessary to process your orders and improve your experience. Our practices are in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). For full details, please view our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but we can’t guarantee the website will always be error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors or update info at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be handled through Australian courts.
